it was very excellent. congratulations for all the organization and wonderful view and options to enjoy the visit. excellent!
The tickets were very easy to purchase and process. I actually bought the tickets so I could take my girlfriend to the observation deck and ask her to Marry me. Thankfully she said yes.
All worked out extraordinarily well. Bus on time, plenty of room, travel speed was excellent to be able to see things along the route. The earphones were a novel idea for us, but still hard to hear some place descriptions. The alternate music was, unfortunately, louder than the descriptions of the sights. Trip fully enjoyed, thank you.
Once we got to the observation floor it was beautiful and well worth it! What I did t like was the skip the line part. It should of said you still need to get in a long line! But other than that when buying the tickets it was ok. But you still need to stand in a line should be said! Everyone around me on that line was saying the same thing.
Needed to change my ticket time to 1:00pm from 12:00pm, a very kind younger guy helped me out. But I never got my updated tickets! The attendant at the gate recognized I just went back to get my time changed and let me up though.
The view was outstanding. The view from a 1030 feet up is a whole different view.
The weather was very good. Blue sky
When the bus driver did the live tour (Candace)
beautiful skyline. The staff was friendly, the wine was good.
The tilt, watching my husband enjoy the experience. The line was terrible though.
Was so easy to purchase the tickets, the directions for arrive to 360 Chicago are easy to understand.

It's a good idea the bus to see many places in one day. The thing to improve is better signs of the bus stops, and some workers are rude. Don't forget that we pay as tourist to see and enjoy your city, so the human part is very important for us, don't be rude and answer like if we are annoying you.

Ticketing online was super easy. The locations of the stops were perfect. We only had 1 full day in Chicago and this was the best way to see a lot in a little bit of time!
Candice is a super awesome driver. No need for the commentary from the audio, she is very knowledgeable about Chicago's history, and made sure everyone remained safe while on the bus.
Whenever guests visit us, we always make sure that the Hop On/Hop Off Big Bus ride is on the agenda. It's truly the best way to see Chicago. However, I do miss having a live, human tour guide providing narration of the tour. Sure, plugging in the earplugs is fine, but it's just not the same. I left a big disappointed.
Its it relaxing and fun! Retrieving hard copy of 22 individual tickets was hard cause I dont know where are the Booths . It does not show you in the website.
The Audio guide was set as a 'comic' routine that a) wasn't funny, and b) flippently focused on the landmarks. The drivers didn't give any information either so without the map our experience was left to ourselves to work out where we were, but without gaining any history of Chicago. Missed opportunity. Tourists are there to learn about your city. Not to be entailed by unfunny commentators.

In general very well, but at one of the stops, which I suppose is a terminal, they made us wait between 20 minutes and half an hour, in full sun, to start the trip again.

In Spanish the audio does not match the English explanation and does not explain enough. The quality of the ride was lost a lot because of this

The tour itself was good and the audio guide informative and funny. The problem was that there was only a bus every hour, so it meant being at a venue for a whole hour. I had another event later in the day so had to ration the stops I took on the hop on hop off tour, or I would have missed my later event. Even a bus every 30 minutes would have been better.
We purchased the two day pass, with the Sunset tour. Our first day driver, Charlie, was amazing. So knowledgeable and personable. He narrated the tour and was very entertaining. The 5 or 6 other drivers we experienced were not very friendly, completely non informative and relied on the pre recorded script which was just ok. The Sunset tour was FANTASTIC! The narrator was amazing and made it such an enjoyable experience.
It was a very good experience. The drivers have a good attitude and if you don't get on at the stop where you can buy tickets, they take you to the place where you can buy them.

The bus driver that we had as we arrived at Navy Pier was extraordinary! He was helpful, you could understand him on the PA system. He helped a member of our party who wasn't feeling well get back to the stop near our hotel and made sure she got a taxi from that stop to our hotel. Really great customer service.
The issue was not with the support team but the App which is part of the support team. The app for Big Bus wasn't accurate in telling us where the buses were as we waited for a bus after our show in Adler Planetarium! It would be helpful if the buses were more frequent such as every 20 minutes instead of every 30 minutes.
Very easy ticketing experience; I purchased tickets online. I showed the barcode to an agent at the boarding site, & she gave ticket code to each individual. This tour was a great way to see all the major downtown Chicago sights. We hopped off at Millennium Park, spent an hour there, got back on, went to Navy Pier, spent a couple hours there, then back on. There is no more convenient way to get around to all the major sights in this city.
I had done this in the past and had a guide on the bus. This time you were supposed to use earphones that played music and occasionally gave you information about Chicago. The bus driver would talk and you couldn't hear them because you had your earphones in. It was hard to know who to listen to so I left one earbud out. It was very confusing, not at all what I had experienced last time.

for both activity and ticketing - it was easy and convenient.
I loved the fact that I was able to go all over the downtown area getting on and off at my leisure.

It was so easy and convenient! Loved being able to see the whole city while getting from the different attractions! Not to mention learning some great tid bits about the city! It helps when you have a great driver. Our first driver was Candace and she was fantastic and so knowledgeable, she made the experience and we didn't even realize you could use headphones to listen to a pre-recorded guide. She was far more charismatic! We had a second driver briefly before she went on break and she didn't speak much other than to tell people to sit down. We switched buses for her break and got another amazing guide (a gentleman who's name escapes me) and he was giving us new facts on parts of the route we had seen already. He was fantastic too. If you get great drivers like these, don't forget to tip them! Will highly recommend and would definitely take this again next time. So easy and worth it!!!!
